Celebrity chef and author Stefano de Pieri is one of the nations most recognised ambassadors for food and wine.

Well known as a result of ABC-TV series, his many cookbooks and award-winning restaurant, his restaurant Stefano’s, is best known for dishes in the regional style of Stefano’s birthplace in Northern Italy.
