Rosé is fabulous for summer. Crisp and cool we have a cheeky 2006 Estio, Monastrell and Tempranillo Rose, from Yecla Spain on the pour and by the bottle.

Partner this with - just in - Bleu des Basques: Made at the rugged mountain boarder between France and Spain this rare blue cheese is available only on a seasonal basis. This ewes’ milk cheese is seeded with the famous Roquefort blue mould and ripened for four months to create a nutty texture with a slightly salty, sweet floral after taste.
