FirefoxScreenSnapz004.jpgEurodore is pleased to announce a shipment of famed and awarded Etzy Ketzy artisan cheese from Woodside, South Australia.

This unusual half cows’ half goats’ milk cheese is named for respected cheese maker Kris Lloyd’s grandfather. When asked, “How are you today, Grandpa?” he would reply “Etzy Ketzy” – 50/50 or so so.

Mild and creamy with a slightly lemony finish it is best eaten quite young. Sydney Morning Herald’s Nicole Kallmeyer says, “Because of the cheese’s gooey texture and floral flavour, it is best served with peaches and apricots and champagne or a crisp white wine.”
